Rivals for Life

"Rivals for Life"

Description

Stanford Blood Center is running a blood drive called "Rivals for Life", in which Stanford donors try to beat out UC Berkeley (Cal) donors. We would like you to come up with an idea that shows Stanford and Cal going head to head, and include the phrase Rivals for Life. I have also provided our logo, please include that in your design. We're not sure yet how we will use the design - stickers, bags, shirts, etc. are all options. The product may depend upon the design we choose.

About The Big Game & Rivals for Life

The Big Game is the annual football game between University of California, Berkeley (known simply as "Cal") and Stanford University, which is held in late November or early December. The first Big Game was held in March 19, 1892 and has been an annual tradition for over 107 years.

Over the past 10 years, the Rivals for Life competition has evolved from a campus-only contest to one that encompasses the entire Bay Area. Both blood banks are hoping fans will be inspired to participate as the blood supply typically dips dangerously low during the coming winter holidays. This friendly competition is between the Stanford Blood Center/Stanford Community and the Red Cross/UC Berkeley Community
